PresbyFolks Attends John Williams Concert
On Saturday, June 24, about 30 PresbyFolks met at the church, rode the vans to Dave and Cynthy Ardell's home for a potluck dinner, and then drove to the Santa Barbara County Bowl to hear a wonderful concert that celebrated the 60th Anniversary of the Music Academy of the West. The featured guest was conductor and composer John Williams, who led the Music Academy symphony orchestra in a delightful and varied program of his compositions. Several standing ovations and several encores testified to how much Santa Barbarans appreciated his music and how glad he was to entertain us. Another great outing!

With many helpful photos and illustrations, we were transported to Iona with its remarkable and significant role in the history of Christianity. Thank you, Noni! And thanks to Jim for helping with the photos.
