| Clippers Dinner Meeting Features Allen Braithwaite On Friday, February 8, the monthly Clippers dinner meeting featured our own Alan Braithwaite, an expert on local flora. February is Heart Month and Heart Disease is the number one killer of men and women. Today on the patio your Parish Nurse is previewing the Family and Friends CPR kit endorsed by the American Heart Association. Created for anyone who wants to learn CPR and does not need a course completion card in CPR, the kit contains a mini Annie for practice resuscitation, an instruction book, and a practice along DVD. HOPE IN SANTA BARBARA The Mission Committee is excited to invite you to hear the message of the life changing work going on at the Santa Barbara Rescue Mission for those in our community who are homeless and for those crippled with addictions. Join us in visiting this inspiring place that our own church mission fund supports followed by a rare tour of the new Bethel House – a new residential treatment center for women run by the Rescue Mission.
