“Transformation”
An Intimate Art & Writing Academy

Artists Lynne Farrow and Lee Hodges, and writer Sharron Luft would like to invite you to join us for an exciting time of exploring our personal faith stories through word and image. There will be guided exercises in putting our spiritual autobiographies into words. Then we’ll translate our words into images as we spend the week learning Lynne’s transformational and Lee’s acrylic collage processes. These include creating meaning and metaphor through painting and stamping collage papers, exploring different stamp making and embossing techniques, and experiencing the magic of photo transfers. Each day’s art making will build on the prior day’s activity so that at week end each person will have completed at least one 11 x 14 acrylic collage.
We will feature the work of writer and artist Barbra Minar.
This intimate week-long academy is limited to ten participants.
Cost - $230
Most art supplies are included in the academy fee!
A very short list of suggested items to bring will be sent about ten days prior to the Academy.
