9 AM               ANDERSON LOUNGE
The 219th General Assembly was held just two months ago in Minneapolis and FPC should feel honored that two of our members (Doug DuCharme and Karl Hauser) were official delegates. They will be with us to share their experiences. In addition, Karl and wife Jennifer, who are under the care of our session and Presbytery, are entering their last year of seminary and are now in the midst of preparing for their ordination exams. The Hausers will be with us for two Sundays. Since Karl says that he is “so immersed in Presbyterian-ness through classes, GA, and preparing for ordination exams”, we will spend all four Sundays on just what it is that makes us Presbyterian.

Presenters:  Karl and Jennifer Hauser, Doug DuCharme
Karl and Doug were official delegates to the General Assembly in June.  Karl and Jennifer will also share their adventures in Presbyterian polity and theology as they prepare for their final year as seminarians.

                        Alexa will report on her IMPACT trip to Uganda in July.

Sept. 19 – Oct. 31      Life Group for Parents
This group is being provided to give parents of children the opportunity to participate in a Life Group immediately following the 9 am worship service.  Child care/activities will be provided for the children.  The leader of the group will be Julie Gregory supported by host Beth Preston.  The Life Group includes fellowship, scripture study and sermon discussion, and prayer.
